The scirpt checkEmail is a Email Systems script (professional webmail system).
This small script (or pull the function out and paste into your own script) can qiuckly and accurately validate e-mail address format.
CheckEmail supports international and other e-mail address formats by allowing for 2-4 character TLDs, so any address like:
happy.gilmore@acs.co.uk
validates. Runs quickly in scripts and the function just returns "true" on a vaildated address.
